Rob is a Court-Rostered Domestic Mediator and Master Mediator specializing in family law disputes, including divorce, custody, and child support.
He holds a Juris Doctorate from the S.J. Quinney College of Law (University of Utah) where he trained extensively in family law and dispute resolution.
Having worked within the legal system, he knows divorce can be an expensive and emotionally taxing process. His goal is to make it easy for people to resolve their disputes in a calm, neutral environment.
Rob has trained under some of Utah's top family law mediators and continues to train with cross-disciplinary professionals in the field of family law.
He is a member of the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts, the Utah Council on Conflict Resolution, and a provisional member of the Utah Association of Collaborative Professionals.
Rob speaks Spanish and regularly works with Spanish-speaking clients. He also strives to be an ally to the LGBTQ+ community.
Rob is a husband and the father of four children, one of whom has severe special needs. Because of this, he has a special interest in discussing parenting plans for children with disabilities or other unique circumstances.
